Silent Hill: Downpour is the eight installment in the famous Silent Hill video game series published by game powerhouse, Konami Digital Entertainment.
Silent Hill: Downpour is a survival horror game that follows Murphy Pendleton, a prisoner who is stranded in the town of Silent Hill; Downpour‘s plot is unrelated to previous installments in the series, focusing on Murphy rather than the series’ mythos.
The Silent Hill series is famous for the quality of its music. Daniel Licht (the composer of the Showtime’s Dexter series) composed the exciting and suspenseful score that follows Pendleton in his adventures. The album also features the opening/credit song performed by Jonathan Davis of KORN.
