Agent Elvis Music By Tyler Bates & Timothy Williams

In the new Netflix series Agent Elvis, Elvis Presley (voiced by Matthew McConaughey) trades in his white jumpsuit for a jet pack when he is covertly inducted into a secret government spy program to help battle the dark forces that threaten the country he loves — all while holding down his day job as the King Of Rock And Roll.

Available everywhere now, the album features music written by composing duo Tyler Bates and Timothy Williams for the new animated series. From the suave bassline of the series’ main theme to the surf rock-tinged end credits number, the 24-track collection pays homage to the classic spy films of the ‘60s, infusing the series with the perfect soundtrack to Elvis’ secret missions. Also included on the album is a special cover of Chuck Berry’s blues standard “Memphis, Tennessee” performed by Craig Robinson.

Of the score, composer Tyler Bates  says, “Agent Elvis is such an amazingly hilarious show that Tim and I had to tamp down our laughter in order to work on the score, which is a musical odyssey unlike any I have previously encountered.”

His co-composer Timothy Williams  echoes this sentiment, adding, “Agent Elvis - rock and roll star by day – kick ass vigilante by night – set in the late 60s – you had Tyler and I at ‘Agent’ Elvis. What a bucket list show to score!”

Created by Priscilla Presley and John Eddie, Agent Elvis makes its debut exclusively on Netflix on Friday, March 17 from Sony Pictures Animation.
